Koinonia Ministries

Koinonia exists to share Christ’s love with young adults through encountering God’s Word, discipleship, building relationships, and service, in order that God may be honored.

Koinonia (koy-nohn-ee'-ah)
Koinonia is Greek for community, fellowship, and sharing.  It was a central part of the first Christian's everyday lives.  Luke wrote in Acts 2:42, “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”

Our desire is that college students and 20-somethings experience true koinonia at Crossroads.  At Koinonia you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, grow in your faith, and develop a better understanding of God’s Word.

John wrote in 1 John 1:3, “We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ.

Community.  Fellowship.  Sharing.  Connection—to God and to each other.  That’s what Koinonia is all about.

So, if you’re in college, out of college, don’t want anything to do with college but are that age and want a place where you can get connected to God and to others, we invite you to join us.  We don’t place age restrictions and we don’t check ID.
