Presently, we have one opening for a full-time staff member.  All Crossroads' staff members must be active members who believe in and are completely committed to the mission, vision and strategy of our church. They must uphold and enthusiastically adhere to the standards established for all leaders within our ministry.

CHILDREN'S MINISTER. We are looking for a godly man (woman) to work with our current Children's Ministers to help grow, develop and lead our children's ministry. Ideally, this individual will possess: a growing personal relationship with Christ; a great love for children; enthusiasm and energy for children's ministry; creativity and innovation; an ability to work with a large staff in a large church; an ability to develop leaders and build teams; a desire to build an effective ministry that can produce young champions for Christ.
