Music Ministry

We’re thrilled to announce that Andy Schroeder has accepted the call to become our new Music Minister beginning in June. Andy is a man of tremendous spiritual character and is incredibly gifted to lead worship. He’s 45 years old, a husband of 23 years and a father of 4 growing boys. His wife’s name is LeaAnn and their boys are Mark (19), Aaron (15), Adam (13) and Drew (8). They currently live in Indianapolis, Indiana. Andy currently leads a Worship Ministry called “One5Oh! in which he has been traveling leading worship and he also does Worship consulting. He’s been in the ministry for 24 years, 15 of those mostly in youth ministry & youth worship. He worked for several years with Christ In Youth – an organization that reaches thousands of teenagers with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. While at CIY, he started a conference called “BELIEVE” designed just for junior high students. It’s now one of the largest conferences for teens in America, reaching thousands of youth for Christ in dozens of cities nationwide every year. His most recent local church ministry was with Indian Creek Christian Church as their Worship Pastor. The church grew from 2800 to over 5000 in his 5 years there. He just finished a short ministry with the Midwest Food Bank, helping to feed the hungry and oppressed. We’re tremendously excited about the Schroeders coming to Crossroads!
