Life Groups

Bible study life groups-Join other women to explore Gods Word making it real to your needs and the needs of others. Studies offered on Sundays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays.

Girlfriend life groups-Join other women monthly for a time of fellowship.  This Life group is for women only.  Get a way for some girlfriend time such as dinner, movies, shopping, hobbies, and more.  Doing life together!

Cooking life groups-Do you like to cook?  Teach a class in your home or just come and learn some new recipes to bless your family.  Cooking classes rotate in different homes monthly.

Mom-to-Mom life groups- Join a life group that offers support, love, encouragement, and experience to other moms in different seasons of mother-hood.  Including a support group for moms with children having special needs.

Prayer life groups-“In His Presence” is a life group of intercessors who meet monthly in our prayer room and pray for specific needs of our church family and our community. Resources are provided to guide you through one hour of
Prayer.

Heart to Heart-This ministry provides one on one love, support, encouragement and guidance between older and younger women.

MITI-Moms in Touch International ministry is where two or more women meet one hour weekly to pray for their children’s needs, schools, teachers, and the church.

Outreach

Meals ministry-Volunteer to help women by providing meals for them and their family following a serious illness or surgery.

Hospital visitation-Visit and encourage women from Crossroads during or following their hospital stay.

New Blessings-Get involved by helping moms with a meal following the birth of her new blessing. (Expectant moms may register on-line or contact women’s minister at the church.)

Missions-Volunteer opportunities are available at the Women’s Shelter or the Arlington Pregnancy center.

Special Events

Christmas Banquet- This annual event includes dinner, music, and a special guest speaker.  Hostesses are needed to decorate tables and provide small gifts.

Women’s Retreat-“Be still and know that I am God”.

Everyone needs a time to get a-way and spend some time with the Lord, nurturing old friendships and making new ones. Guest speaker and a great time of worship included.

Women of Faith Conference- Every summer thousands of women meet for the largest 2-day women’s conference in Dallas.  Included are special guest speakers and special performances from top name artist.  This is one event you shouldn’t miss!

Scrapbooking-Join us several times a year for a night of cropping and recording memories that will last a lifetime! We meet 6pm-12am midnight for food, fun and fellowship.
